旭天鵬関、感動の場所をありがとう。相撲ファンの皆さんも、連日興奮の時を送ったことと思います。今場所は、毎日がドラマでしたね。豊響が流した涙も感動的。こちらも、思わずもらい泣きしてしまいました。白鵬の骨折を押しての相撲。まさに、横綱の意地と誇りを見せました。本当に、すごい横綱になりました。朝青龍とは、白と黒（名前の通り！）のイメージの白鵬関。朝青龍の引退後は、相撲協会を引っ張って、数々のスキャンダルを乗り切ってきました。境川部屋の躍進、千秋楽までもつれ込んだ優勝戦線、数え切れない名勝負。そして、千秋楽の旭天鵬関の最年長での優勝。溢れる涙、涙、涙。そして、花道を下がってきたところで、同僚の力士達から「おめでとう」を言ってもらって、その何人かも、涙ぐんでいた。旭天鵬関の人柄を物語っているようでした。日ごろのインタビューでも、肩のこらない、自然体で、好印象なのだけれど、優勝インタビューが又、とっても良かったですね。旭天鵬関は、モンゴルから日本の相撲の世界に入ったパイオニアで、その後、数々来日したモンゴル力士達への下地を作り、皆を導いてきたことでも、知られています。こういう人が、相撲協会に新しい風を吹かせ、相撲ファンを増やして行くのだと、確信しています。感動の１５日を本当にありがとう。２日経ったいまも、まだ、余韻に浸っている私です。

日本食品で、アミノ酸の入らないものを探そうとすると、一苦労する。梅干、佃煮、さつま揚げ、お出汁のもと、魚の缶詰、カレーのルーなど、もうありとあらゆる食品に含まれている。もちろんスナック菓子は言うまでもない。梅干は私にとって必需品なので、昔ながらの、塩だけで漬けているのを探すのは（そして中国産でないもの）、いつも大仕事である。このアミノ酸、つまりは、化学調味料で、ご存知かどうか分からないが、こちらアメリカでは、結構恐れられているのである。アメリカの食品表示では、MSG – monosodium glutamate と言われ、人によっては、頭痛を引き起こしたりする。又、アジア系のレストラン（中国、韓国、日本、タイなど）では、MSGを使う事が多いと言われ、場所によっては、MSGを一切使用していない事を表示するレストランもあるくらいである。健康オタクの日本人が、どうしてこれに反抗しないのだろうか。健康面だけでなく、私など、この「なあなあ」の、アミノ酸味に、味覚が麻痺されたくないので、一人反旗をひるがえしているくらいだ。皆さんも、次回お買い物に行ったら、ちょこっと食品表示をご覧になってみては？？。きっと、かなりの確立で、アミノ酸が我々日本人の食卓を、蝕んでいることに気が付かれるはず。そして、「アミノ酸」について、ちょっと考えてみては、どうでしょうか。 追伸　中国産についての批判は絶えず、私も何とかこの汚名を挽回してもらいたいと思っている一人である。しかし、先日こちらの新聞に中国産批判を納得させる記事が出ていた。一つ目は、一度調理で使用した油が下水にながれ、それを再使用しようしている事例。二つ目は、解凍しようと冷凍庫から出しておいた豚肉が、青白く輝いていた事例。これは、豚を育てる時に、えさにすごいものを混ぜている為らしい。まあ、こういうものを読んでしまうと、中国産を敬遠してしまうのもしょうがない、と残念ながら、納得している私です。中国の生産者の方々（もちろん正直な方々もたくさんいらっしゃると思いますが）、直球勝負の姿勢でお願いします。
