A Movie “Downton Abbey: New Era” （映画：ダウントンアビー）

I have been resisting watching “Downton Abbey” because of its popularity. But I must admit I became a fan myself after watching “Downton Abbey: New Era”. Last week, I had a free afternoon and could not find any movie I would like to see, so I hesitantly chose this movie. The story has absolute ingredients, romance, adventure, history, humor, scandal, family gossip.. We don’t get bored. The setting is so unreal and we don’t need to feel jealous and judgmental.

As you may know, “Downton Abbey” is a British historical drama television series set in the early 20th century. In this movie, the Crawley family goes on a grand journey to the South of France to uncover the mystery of the dowager countess’s newly inherited villa. It is so fun to follow this mystery with them.

I am sure if they make a sequel, I will go to see it!
